Pathway to Employment is a practical course designed for individuals who are seeking employment or considering a career change and would like to strengthen their job-search skills.
Participants will work on goal setting, identifying personal strengths and building self-confidence while learning key tools for a successful job search. The course covers CV and cover letter writing, interview preparation and effective job-search strategies.
The course also explores how digital tools and information technology can support the job-search process and improve opportunities in today’s labour market.
Pathway to Employment is ideal for anyone who wants to increase their confidence, clarify their career goals and prepare for the next step in their working life.
